Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All my products are ready to ship. However, if you want a different size or some alteration that I can do, please contact me for a custom order. I will need 1 to 2 weeks to make it.

Here is the estimated delivery time, according to CTT site for the registered mail:

• Shipping to Portugal - 1 to 3 working days;

• Shipping to Europe - 3 to 15 working days;

• Shipping for the rest of the world - 5 to 25 working days.

Returns

You can return a piece at 14 days after you receive it. The piece that is sent it back has to be in the original condition. As soon as I receive it back the buyer will receive a refund via paypal for the full cost of the item minus fees and initial shipping cost. And will be responsible for shipping the item back to the seller.

If you would like to return the item you should contact me via email anaazevedojewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

All the items can be returned with the exception of the custom-made items, which can't be returned and will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If the payment has already been executed, and the order has not yet been sent, the costs of the order (including shipping costs) will be refunded. The cancelation is not allowed for custom-made orders that are already in progress.
